KyleI was glad we decided to do the tour instead of doing things on our own. Most the reviews they ended up being the only guests but we were fortunate to have four others with us. It was very intimate and personal and we learned a lot from each other and Mohammad(sorry if we mispelled your name.) We actually were coming from Letchworth State Park and he made it work for us to be late and still be with the group. That gave me a lot of stress relief. Also, there is a website with many more options if you want to do a helicopter ride or maybe cater something more to your needs. Communication was always as quick as he could be since he is out giving tours but ask any questions and I know he will answer if he can accomodate or not. He was so enthusiastic about the culture and history of Niagara Falls and showed you everything you need to see when visiting the National Park. Not only was he informative, but also very personable and accommodating. Tickets to both Maid of the Mist and Cave of Winds are provided and the process of each excursion explained which provides a smooth, stress free experience. It felt so luxurious to have our private tour guide to lead us through the lines, tell us what to do, and engagingly inform us about Niagara Falls. At first I was worried just us the two would bore him, but he made us feel great. We had easy, fun conversations and the time flew. You can completely turn your mind off, he does all the thinking for you, which is value in my book!
